A lawsuit filed by Mr. Grenert on behalf of three women asserting claims against Cohen Brothers including gender discrimination, sexual harassment, retaliation for refusing to violate Governor’s Cuomo’s stay-at-home Executive Order during the COVID-19 pandemic, and failure to pay overtime, was covered by The Real Deal, a real estate industry trade publication.
